under construction, watch your head!

So, I've been trying to do my own layout and to me it looks almost okay. Let me know if it looks completely batshit crazy. On my screen the header is only off by a few mm on each side. I'm still trying to figure the mystery of HTML etc. out. I do realize the polka dots are a bit much and make the eyes go all wonky. I'll fix that once I figure out how to do it properly. Also, it took me forever to make, so even though it is making everyone cross-eyed, I worked really hard on it!
